Well if you don't, then come to Penn Wood High School to see how it all goes down. Students at PWHS are really enthusiastic about spirit week. Spirit week is one week of the month, where students try to show how much school spirit they posses. Right now at PWHS, we have different spirits days going on. And we call this week "The Christmas Spirit Week."
Today was one of my favourite day because its Multi Cultural day, and students gets to dress up in their native clothes form their different respective countries. This is the first time that PWHS has done this. And I love the fact that a lot of students from different countries choose this opportunity to show case their beautiful native clothing.
A Student's Perspective on Multicultural day at PWHS "I feel that the day went pretty well even though everybody didn't dress up. As the day progressed, compliments were being given on my outfit. I felt as though I did a pretty good job of representing my country and culture. The only issue that i had was the fact that not many students participated as I thought they would. But if the school were to do this again, I would definitely do it again!!"
